Darren Schwiebert is a 1995 graduate of Harvard Law School. Darren Schwiebert is a trial lawyer with significant national experience in Federal Court litigation, having appeared in over 100 Federal Court cases in 15 different Federal Courts around the country. Darren Schwiebert has successfully tried several cases to jury verdicts and handled appeals in many different Courts of Appeal, including the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Seventh Circuit and Eighth Circuit.
