Darren Schwiebert is a trial lawyer with significant national experience in Federal Court litigation, having appeared in over 100 Federal Court cases in 15 different Federal Courts around the United States. Darren Schwiebert has successfully tried several cases to jury verdicts and handled appeals in many different Courts of Appeal, including the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Seventh Circuit, and Eighth Circuit.

Darren Schwiebert has represented individual and corporate clients in litigation matters in a variety of technologies and legal subject matters. Darren Schwiebert has tried cases in the areas of breach of contract, patent infringement, patent ownership, copyright infringement, employment litigation, debt collection, fraud, and civil theft.

In addition to being a private practice attorney at Briol & Benson as of 2021, Darren Schwiebert serves as a Hennepin County Conciliation Court Judge.
